There will always be conflict.
That is a human condition.
That it leads to war is a human choice.
People ignore red lights. Some cause accidents. Some are given tickets. Some are never caught.
But if everyone ignored red lights, most of what we know of commerce would grind to a halt. Larger vehicles, trucks, tanks, locomotives, they could probably still demand right-of-way and get it most times until they ran into other large vehicles, trucks, tanks or locomotives. A version of peace through strength.
The idea of the red light works better.
As does the idea of seeing war as a problem rather than a solution.
